The Princess and Pirate fest is an outdoor event at The Biloxi Lighthouse Park organized by Storybook Birthdays, llc.

We have room for 20 vendors. 10 spaces available under the pavilion with room for your 8' table and 10 spaces in the grass around the pavilion with room for your 10 x 10 tent. Each vendor receives 1 child's ticket to use for their own child or give away as they see fit. Online promotions and ticket prizes are welcome.  The park remains open to the public so more than just our guests will have an opportunity to visit the event. Many of our kid's activities happen inside the pavilion right in the middle. We host a short Fairytale Theater skit and include the kids in our Sword fighting antics. We provide a bounce house, games, art in the park, and sing a longs. Guests receive a wristband to participate in the activities provided by Storybook Birthdays.  Families visit the vendors as they arrive and anytime during the 2 hour event. There is no charge for parents. They do pay a fee for the children. Last year we had about 60 paid children in attendance. As the organizer I will be heavily promoting the event with mass emails, and paid online advertising in the 6 weeks leading up to the event. We would only cancel the event in case of Sever Weather and high winds. In that case we offer a choice of a new date or a refund.  We will not cancel for light rain. 

Below are the rules and expectations for the event.

Vendor Participation Agreement

This agreement outlines the expectations and requirements for vendors participating in the Princess & Pirate Fest (“Event”).

By participating in the Event, the Vendor agrees to the following terms:

1. Event Details

  • Event Name: Princess & Pirate Fest

  • Event Type: Family-friendly children’s festival

  • Admission: Kids $25 | Parents FREE

  • Audience: Families with children

  • Vendors: Approximately 20

2. Vendor Promotion Requirements (Mandatory)

To ensure the success of the Event, all vendors are required to assist with promotion.

Each vendor agrees to:

  • Social Media Promotion

    • Share the event at least two (2) times on social media:

      • One (1) feed post

      • One (1) story post

    • Posts must:

      • Use official event graphics (provided to you by email)

      • Tag the official event page (in your email)

      • Include the event or ticket link provided (in your email)

  • In-Person Promotion

    • Display the official event flyer at their booth, store, or business location (if applicable)

    • Encourage customers to attend the Event when appropriate

  • Messaging Consistency

    • Vendors may not alter:

      • Event name Princess and Pirate Fest

      • Date or time 5/2/2026

      • Ticket pricing $25 Per Child

      • Core event details

3. Family-Friendly Standards

This is a children’s event.

  • All products, signage, displays, and language must be family-friendly and appropriate for children

  • No adult-only, offensive, political, or inappropriate content permitted

  • The Event Organizer reserves the right to require removal of any item or display that does not meet these standards

  • Themed attire (princess or pirate) is encouraged but not required

4. Booth Setup & Operations

  • Vendors are responsible for:

    • Their own setup and breakdown

    • All booth materials, tables, tents, and displays must remain within their assigned booth space

  • Setup time 7am-10:30 Event Opens at 11am. Event ends at 1pm. clean up at your own pace after 1pm.

5. City of Biloxi Permits & Fees

  • All vendors are solely responsible for obtaining any required City of Biloxi permits, licenses, or approvals via Community Development. Yearly vendor permits are $25. Food vendor permits are $200 per year.  Vendors must comply with all city, county, and state regulations applicable to their business type. 

Failure to obtain required permits or comply with local regulations may result in removal from the Event without refund via code enforcement.

6. Payments & No Refund Policy

  • All vendor fees are non-refundable

  • No refunds will be issued for:

    • Vendor cancellation

    • Weather conditions

    • Low attendance or sales

    • Failure to promote the event

    • Failure to obtain required permits or licenses

By Making this payment , vendors acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy.

7. Liability & Responsibility

  • Vendors participate at their own risk

  • The Event Organizer is not responsible for:

    • Lost, stolen, or damaged property

    • Vendor sales performance

    • Injuries, accidents, or damages caused by vendor products, services, or activities

  • Vendors assume all liability related to their booth and operations

8. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By registering and participating in the Princess & Pirate Fest, the Vendor confirms they have read, understand, and agree to all terms outlined in this agreement.

Failure to comply with promotional requirements, family-friendly standards, or city regulations may result in removal from the Event without refund.
