The Princess Ball

Our Annual Ball is for Boys and Girls who love fairytales and adventure. The event features performances by our singing princesses, a hero workout, a craft area, group games, a bubble house, and lots of dancing. Additionally, we invite other vendors to join the fun. Sweet Southern Parties and Party on a Cloud will be there to show off their own Party Packages. Airmazing Balloons and Face Painting will be painting faces and Mini Dreams Farm will have a petting zoo out front. They may even bring the unicorn for photos. The Petting Zoo and face paint are not included in the ticket price of $33 per person.    We are well known for our Princesses, but we do have a few Heroes. We staff the event with a minimum of 8 princesses and 2 heroes. If we have a fully attended event our budget will allow us to add more characters to the event. Many customers ask why we charge per person. It's because we need a firm headcount for the fire-marshal.  Rather than charge more per child and limit their adults we split the costs of production over our max number of guests. We plan on a slightly smaller guest count this year. We want to keep most of the activities in the main ballroom and the adjoining banquet room. Last year we also rented the theater for face painting, we will keep the artists in the main room this year so everyone has access to all of the activities without missing anything. Gift Bags will be given at check in. If you've already ordered your tickets, your child's name is already on their goodie bag. Inside the goodie bag you'll find cute party favors and any extras you've chosen to pay for. Some parents purchased Tiaras or Crowns or pre-paid for face paint. Your COUPONS are also in the bag. A tentative schedule of events will be posted here. We may need to change plans last minute, but we will try to stick to the schedule.

Reservations

Reservations can be made on our "Ticketed Events" page. The  price is per person. We did reserve a small amount of almost free infant tickets. They are 1 penny each for inventory purposes.  A digital ticket is not needed. A physical ticket will not be mailed. Your receipt is your ticket. At checkout we ask for your child's name and if they prefer princesses or heroes.   That will help us staff according. Your child's name will be on their goody bag at check in and all the purchases you've made will be in or attached to their bag. We also have 2 event times to choose from so make sure you reserve seating at the event that suits your schedule. We may not be able to make changes later. We have a NO REFUND policy for this event. If you become unable to attend, please gift your tickets to a friend and call or text us to let us know who you gave them to so we can have the correct child's goodie bag ready. In case of dangerous weather or "act of God" such as a hurricane warning, or post storm damage to the facilities a new date and location will be provided.
